Day 5 - Attack (Uh No)!

Morning Weigh In : 190.8
Daily Loss + 0.8!!!!  (that's what happens when you mess up late at night!! - happened after i wrote my blog entry).

Total Weight Loss: 3 Lbs

Breakfast:
- 2 Egg Omelet
- Coffee w/ non fat creamer

Lunch:
- Mini Hot Dog Links  (i think around 8)

Snack:
- 2 Lindt Chocolate (Bad, i know!)

Dinner:
- 5 mini kifth on the stick. Recipe here

Not only did i not reach my 1st mini goal weight, but also i added to my weight! Great, ha? I'm soo disappointed in myself. And today, i treated myself to 2 lindt balls! What was i thinking? Especially after a weight gain!
The rest of the day went pretty well. Other than the Lindt, i stuck to Dukan. Again, I'm hoping for a better day on the scales tomorrow!  Oh, and no exercise today, again! It'll also be tough to go to the gym on the weekend, but I'm going to try and go at some point.

According to the True Weight Chart, i should be on the Attack for 5 days and lose 4.45 Lbs. I've only lost 3 Lbs and maybe my weigh in tomorrow morning will make me reach the 4.45 so i feel better about leaving this stage and moving on to the next :)

To be honest, i'm happy that today is my last day on Attack. I need some veggies! Never thought i'd say that, but i do! My entire body system needs it :)
