I'm back! I thought of it thoroughly and i want to do this. I want to start over and be more committed at it. BUT i have decided to start on Monday. I have stupid reasons for that, and i know you always have a reason to delay a diet. But i think I'll be more comfortable starting it after the weekend. I want a good fresh start. This weekend we have 3 birthday parties and the Super Bowl on Sunday! It's not only because it'll be hard to be on the Dukan during these activities, but also i won't have time to prepare for the diet itself. I need to prepare food, go shopping and things like that. Does it make sense? I know for a fact that one of the reasons i didn't do so well on Dukan before was the fact that i didn't prepare my food and didn't find options to eat when i was hungry. This time, I'm going to be prepared. Sounds good? :)
I'll probably have a post every now and then until Monday. I'll be following your blogs. I'll be going through them for food ideas and other tips.

ReplyDeleteGood luck for tomorrow! Have followed your blog and am really glad you have overcome your indecision. I'm 50 and have lost more than 10 kg on the Dukan. It was quite easy until December, then I began cheating. I'm now trying to lose the final 5 kg and have just done 2 days of PP. We can do it!

Good luck for this week!! I'll be joining you this time. You're right to give yourself enough time to stock up on food and get yourself in the right mindset before starting again, I just had a massive throw out of foods that could very easily tempt me off the wagon! If it's not in the cupboard it wont call to me hopefully!!
