Yes, tomorrow is the day! I'm very excited to start Dukan "again" and to start losing some weight, well, a lot of weight! :)
I'll also be hitting the gym for some good serious work out. I love the cycling classes that I've been taking lately, so I'll be sticking to that. Hopefully I'll be able to do at least 3 days of that a week. I'll add some other cardio and maybe a "step" class & a "body pump" class (which is a weight lifting class which is lead by a trainer - I've been to 2 of these classes, and they're really good).
I have another reason now to work on my weight and appearance. (cause yes, besides the fact that i want to be healthy and lean, i also want to look good!) ... my other reason is that i just found out that we'll be going on vacation in the summer which includes a whole lot of swimming! More reason to get in shape to look good in a swim suit!! Right? :)
I would also like to thank everybody who's following my blog. It motivates me more and more to know that you guys are here with me. So, thank you soo much! We can do the Dukan!! :)
