Why?!

Morning Weigh in : 189 Lbs

Up 1 pound. I'm frustrated. I did really well yesterday and had a good work out. I know I ate 2 bites of banana cream pie, but that shouldn't matter that much, right?

I got to admit I was about to ruin the diet for today because I was frustrated. I was thinking to myself, I've been on this diet for nothing, so why continue. 

I know I haven't been sticking to it completely. I've had my days, but still, I thought i'd lose more weight. It's all me. I expected more & didn't give it my all.

Not going to give up though. I'm doing this. I'm doing the Dukan! :)

  1. Don't give up! Maybe it would be a good idea if you didn't weigh yourself everyday, but instead weekly. As women, our weights tend to oscillate quite a bit, due to water retention, bloat, and hormones. I weigh about 5lbs more at night than in the morning. And my weight goes up and down everyday. Infact, some days I don't weigh myself solely because I can feel it will be up - even though I know I didn't do anything to gain.

    Stay on track. Do one week no 'little bites' at all. Make some sweet dukan stuff to hold you over! You can do it!

  2. Thanks!! Will take your advice. I'll weigh in every week. And yes, no little bites for sure!! I'll make sure i'm ready for the new week. Mentally, physically and prepare Dukan food!

  4. A little bit is enough to blow the whole thing up. Dukan stresses that point in the book as well so you should just stay on track and don't cheat to expect a proper result from the diet.

    If you cheat you can't win this.
    Tough love but it is what it is.

    Can I view the whole listing here? Later on when one will need some more detailed information on the above mentioned products how to check out an in depth analysis of the dukan Diet Safe Food List?

  6. I'm still new at this, so what is Dukan?
    It was good to read your post about frustrations today and why not just eat something! I had that same experience about 1/2 hour ago! I didn't do it, but I sure thought about it:) I lost 6.5 lbs the first 2 weeks and this week I am at a standstill:( Depressing.....however....
    We can do this!!!
