Five days of attack is over. According to the Dukan Diet True Weight Chart I had to lose 4.23 Lbs
Today, after my 5 days, I had my regular morning weigh in and I've officially lost 4.4 Lbs! Yep! That's right! I reached my goal. I lost 4.4 Lbs. I'm soo happy right now because this is giving me a big push to keep doing this and to lose all the pounds I need too! 29 Lbs, here I come!
Well Done! Today is meant to be my last day of attack, I lost 6 lbs 2 days in and then put 3 lbs back on!! Going to do a couple more days of attack to shift it!
