Here I go again! PP Day

Not sure if there's something wrong with my scales, but it kept giving me various numbers (could be that it needs new batteries). Anyways, the lowest number I got was 186.8 Lbs - Highest is 187.4 Lbs. I'll change the batteries later on today & tomorrow I'll report my weight again.

Either number is pretty high. I've gained the weight back ... And it's not only because of the burger and hot dog that I had for the 4th of July. But I went through a phase of NON DUKAN the few days following that. And it's all because of my frustration with this whole weight loss journey. It just felt like I was going nowhere. Felt like , well, I'm not losing weight so I might as well eat. SOO WRONG. I know. But it was a phase where I was fed up with dieting & I really wanted faster results. As I said, it was a few days of a low point for me (diet wise). I'm back on track. It's funny how the littlest things make you think and rethink. Like for instance, even with the added weight, yesterday my neighbour saw me and mentioned right away that I have lost weight! Felt pretty awesome. Also, having to be in a swimsuit (which I have NOT been in one for the last 4 yrs), made me feel good. I could see that some changes happened in my body. It felt good. It gave me even more boost to just go back on track again and lose more weight to look better and feel better! Of course, and all the support I got from my Dukan Friends. Big impact on me. Reading your blogs, your successes, your struggles keep me going. And makes me realize I'm not alone in this.

Oh wow, that was long! Sorry to bore you with all this! hehe

Now, let's get back on track! Here's what I had today :)
Breakfast: Coffee w/ non fat creamer , Oat Bran cookie (LOVE IT), Cup of Tea.
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 tsp shredded Cheddar cheese & 2 hot dogs
Snack: Cup of Tea
Dinner: 2 oven baked burgers w/ a little non fat yogurt and 1 slice Cheddar cheese.
Snack: 1 Activia Light & cup of tea

Pretty good day in general. Hopefully I can keep it up :)
