Loving the scale these days! :) I feel pretty good about this diet. Unlike any other diet i've tried.
I was checking out another Dukan blog and found another good muffin recipe for PP phase. Here's the link

Breakfast: two boiled eggs / 2 sausage patties / cup of coffee
Snack: Fat Free Yogurt
Lunch: 2 Kiftah Patties (minced meat with parsely and onions).
Snack: Fat Free Yogurt & 2 fat free cheese sticks
Dinner: Beef with spices & Fat Free Yogurt
Doing well on the water today, but not sure how much i've drank. Also, i managed to take a 30 minute walk with my hubby and boys.
Yay! Nice job Julie! I can't wait to see how things go after the walk! I'll be checking in tomorrow morning for the result... ;-)

Thanks Julie! I'll check it out - though I'm not a huge parsley fan. D'you think I can replace parsley with something like Coriander?
ReplyDeleteI've never tried replacing the parsley. But you can surely give it a try :). Or try it without the parsley. I"m trying to think if you can replace it with something else, but i can't think of anything. I'll give my mom a call and ask! she might have some ideas, will let you know! :)
