Change of plan

Since I've been suffering from "you know what" the last week or so , i decided that this weekend i'm going to be OFF the Dukan Diet. I will still eat healthy but I'm going to incorporate more veggies and fruits, among other things, to help me out. Will be back on Dukan on Monday. Depending on how i feel and what I need to do. If by Monday I'm still having the same issues, I'm going to see a doc for sure. Will probably need more help. I've tried everything so far. I'm hoping i feel better before that. If i do go back to the Dukan Diet on Monday, I'm still not sure how I'll go about it. Just continue? or start over? or do PP's for a while? Not sure. Any suggestions would be great! :)

I'm thinking that's the best way for now. I hope I'm doing the right decision. Wish me luck! ;)
