Guess what?!

The last couple of days i've been putting in a little exercise!! i know, it's pretty lame to be THIS excited about it, but it did take a lot out of me to do this! hehe I mixed up a little walking and jogging on my treadmill for about 30 minutes. Not much, but it's a start. I think.

I have been feeling good the last couple of days. If they contiune to be this way for the next few days, i'll be back on the Dukan SOON! I can't wait! Honestly, i really want to get back to Dukan as soon as possible.

I read all your blogs and you guys are doing AWESOME! You are all such a great inspiration and i can't wait to get back on track and blog all about it.

  1. hey exercise queen - well done! I keep saying I will exercise and don't.
    Glad you are feeling better - just take it slow for a while and keep on those healthy foods - you will be back before you know it..

    It is cool how much I enjoy reading people's blogs and their comments on mine - the encouragement is the best and most motivating isn't it????

  2. that is really true Jeanette! One of the reasons I attribute doing so well (:P) so far is the network of awesome friends I have made!

    Julie, you might even find that the exercise helps you with 'the problem' :P

  3. The exercise should indeed help you with your little problem!

    Isn't it funny how good you can feel after exercising but how hard it is to actually get started on it each day! I know I struggle and then I'm so pleased if I get started (even more pleased when I've finished!!).
