Tomorrow i go back on the Dukan Diet. Thank you for your support and nice words. I think i was a bit miserable when i posted my last post! hehe .. i feel better about everything now.
I'm soo happy and excited to be back on track. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and I'll be weighing myself everyday. I think "for me" it's better because i can keep track better and get motivated more when i do so. Better than once a week.
I'm feeling much better. Checked with my doc. I do have a bad case of "that"!! but he gave me things to help me out on a daily basis and of course during Dukan. Mostly consists on adding Fiber in my meals (through a fiber powder). Which I'm sure shouldn't affect my diet.
I've been keeping track of all my Dukan Friends Blogs & you guys have been AWESOME! Good job!
I decided to start Dukan again with a one week on the Attack Phase.

By the way those Oopsie rolls that lauren posted are great. So easy and really tasty.
The Dukan bread is also good to have around and freeze although I am not sure it is allowed on attack because of the wheat bran.
I am typing this and eating my Oat bran. You know with all the breakfasts I have tried the Oat bran is the best. It leaves you full for longer and today I tried cinnamon in mine - yummo.

Brilliant, you sound like you're firing on all cylinders again. With a whole week on Attack you should get going with a good start. Best of luck.
