Daily Loss : .8 Lbs
Not a big weight loss, but still a loss. So I'm happy about that. Considering i did slip a little and didn't put in any exercise. The Good news is that my sister in law wants to join the same gym that i am a member at. So, I'm hoping this is motivation enough for me to go and put in a work out with her.
As for how my day went, well, it's the weekend and it gets crazy sometimes. Unfortunately, i didn't have breakfast today, and the first thing i ate was at around 1:00 p.m! Bad bad, i know! Here's what i had today, in no particular order! :)
- Non Fat Latte
- Roasted chicken with a light mayo/garlic dip
- 1 diet soda
- 1 ground beef patty with ketchup dip (which i also should probably not be having!)
- 1 sugar free non fat chocolate/vanilla mousse.
- 1 cup fat free yogurt
- 2 crab sticks
- 2 crab sticks
I wasn't good with water today. It's really cold and that doesn't help! Same goes for exercise! But maybe later on tonight I'll get the chance to play the Kinnect! I have some really cool sports game, and you REALLY do break a sweat! (not a substitute to going to the gym, but better than nothing!).
