Total Weight Loss: 2.8 Lbs
Not bad. At least the weight is going off! I have to have a positive mind about it and not expect too much. Cause whether its a big weight loss or a small one , it's still a loss and that's what i couldn't do on my own before :) .. So, I'm feeling good about it.
Breakfast:
- Cup of coffee with non fat milk
- Sweet Galette (Recipe from My Dukan Diary blog)
- 1 egg omelet with a couple of shaves of Parmesan Cheese
- 4 mini Sausage links
- Finished the non fat strawberry yogurt that i used for the Galette Recipe
Lunch:
- Fat free/Sugar Free chocolate mousse.
- A mess up! (ate left over pasta from my son's plate!!! Bad Julie, bad!!! ugh!)
Dinner:
- Grilled Salmon (a few bites, didn't really like it. Not sure why I'm not liking Salmon as much as i used too!)
- Left over ground beef pattie from yesterday w/ fat free sour cream & parsley dip.
Snack:
- Non fat yogurt
- 2 Crab Sticks
- 2 Crab Sticks
Another tough day. I was craving carbs throughout the day, again! I'm sure that pasta will show on the scales tomorrow morning. Will try and be better tomorrow. I really would like to lose at least 4 pounds during my 5 day attack phase (as per the "my true weight" chart). Which is probably tough considering what i ate today and that i only have one day left!! Do you think i should add another attack day? or just move on?! hmmm. Probably move on.
Water is another tough one for me. I'm not used to drinking a lot of water and weather doesn't really help. Again, this is something i have to work on.
Welcome back Julie - I found the first few days really tough - I can really understand the carb cravings - but it does pass and you will feel better - you sound determined to follow through - I am looking forward to following your progress - you are doing fantastically Cheers Ros

ReplyDeleteI am plodding along and just staying the same. I have totally lost my motivation. I am happy eating this way with the occasional carb food. I have stopped craving potatoes ever since my disastrous Christmas day episode where I felt so ill after all those carbs.
I need to be motivated - HELP!!!
Anyway you are doing so, so well!!!
