Nice relaxed day. Didn't do much, which is good for a change! :) - But still my meals were all over the place. No planned breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just food in general throughout the day.
So, here's what I had throughout the day:
- 2 hot dogs
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 Tbls of non fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 diet soda
- 2 cups of coffee
- 1/2 a slice of small pizza (i know!)
- Grilled chicken breast
Lots of water!
Oh, and there was no change in my weight this morning.
