Hello my dear Dukan friends, I've always wanted to use wordpress for my blog but never got to that & I didn't know how to go around with some of the features there. Now, I got a hold of it. I'm moving this blog to my new wordpress blog. All information that is here will be exported. So it'll be the same exact thing. I just think you need to update your blog lists to the new address.

Quick Note!
Sorry I haven't been blogging the last few days. Hectic around here (as usual) - I'll try and be better with my updates! :)
Been running almost every morning. Running 5 Kilometer's every time. It's a mix of jogging and fast walking. Can't wait till i can actually run the entire 5k! It'll happen. With more practice :)
Weight wise, been up and down. I've added a little carb because of my upcoming race in less than 2weeks. But in total I have lost 5Lbs so far. Got another 5 lbs to lose for my challenge before/on Aug 27th! Hopefully that will happen! Will keep you updated for sure.
I think I'll re-do attack phase for a few days after the race, just to get the carb out of my system again. That's the plan so far.
Thanks for all your support and lovely comments. Especially about your advice regarding food/my 5K run/ weight loss/ and everything! Thanks!

Up 2Lbs! Uh-No!
No, not sure how that happened! OK, no problem. will keep going strong. The weight WILL go down! It has too! :)
Good day. No run today as I took it off after the 5K yesterday. Tomorrow, I'm running. Hopefully a 5K too. I'll be the happiest person ever when i can actually run the whole 5K. I know it's going to take time. And probably not before the race. But it's something I want to do.
Food today: Chicken kebab, 1 slice of toast, 2 slices of non fat cheese, 2 cups of coffee, 2 hard boiled eggs, slices deli ham, more chicken kebab! :)

5K Run!
I did a 5K this morning! Wow! Can't believe it :) - Well, it was jogging/fast walking, but I actually did it. Which is great. Felt tired. I'm a bit sore in the legs, but i am super happy! And i feel great! It feels great to run. I got a feel to what the 5K is going to be in a couple of weeks. Hopefully by that time I can actually run it without stopping or just stopping a few times.
With more and more training/runs I am sure I'll get there!
Good weekend. Nothing new with my weight. I'm exactly the same. The last couple of days I had BBQ'd everything. Beef Kebab, Chicken Kebab, Baba Ghanouj (egg plant grilled), some salad (with no dressing). Pretty good.
I need to start making slight changes to my diet. As I need different kind of food for my training/run. It'll be mostly Dukan on PV. Hopefully that won't affect my main challenge of losing 10 Lbs by the 27th of Aug.
I'll catch up on your blogs in a bit. hope you're all doing well.

Guess What?!
Before I tell you my big news let me tell you about my day :) - I lost 0.4 lbs, which isn't too bad. Still going strong and in the right direction.
I had a "kinda" bad cut this evening opening a can of beans. Blood everywhere. Was pretty deep, so to the E.R my husband took me! The location of the cut made it hard for stitches (close to the nail, sideways, as if around the finger). So, they "glued it!" hehe, cool. I would rather have that than stitches! So, all is well now, just finding it really hard to type. So, I'm just going to mention my big surprise before I end this post (which is taking forever to type!:)).
Last night I signed up for a 5K run in 2.5 weeks!! Yep. Did it and I already did my first training fast walk/jog this morning! I did 1.5 miles. Felt really happy and proud of myself. Started my run at 6:30 a.m. to run! Happy happy happy! I should do at least 40 minutes a day of jogging/walking, until i reach my goal of actually running 5K. Hopefully I will get there in time for the race (on the 19th of Aug). My good friend, who is a runner is supporting and encouraging me! Soo blessed to have her!
Normal day food wise. The usual. Didn't mess up. Hopefully scales go down in the morning.

Day 5 Of Challenge - PV
Daily Weight Loss: .8 Lbs
Total Loss on the challenge: 3.8 lbs
So, 3.8 Lbs in 4 days. Pretty cool. Happy about it. Hopefully it'll keep going this way!
Breakfast: Coffee w/ non fat creamer , Activia light
Lunch: Mexican salad (beef seasoned with Mexican seasoning w/ lettuce, tomatoes and a little avocado w/ fat free sour cream).
Dinner: 1/2 slice of pita bread w/ 2 slices of non fact cheese (i know! shouldn't have)
I officially have a cold. Didn't have the energy to cook today. So just had whatever was there around me. Drinking a lot of water and tea. Hoping it'll help the cold a bit.
That's about it for today. Hopefully this weekend I will do well with food. Weekends are the hardest! - But feeling pretty good so far about my weight loss. Keep in mind, I still didn't get to the lowest weight since I've begun the Dukan! Hopefully soon.

Day 4 of Challenge - PP
Same weight this morning. Still got 7 Lbs to go.
I'm not worried or upset about not losing weight today. I lost 3 Lbs in 3 days, which is pretty good :)
Breakfast: Cup of coffee w/ non fat creamer
Snack: Activia Light
Early Lunch: 2 hot dogs w/ 2 eggs
Snack: 1 non fat/ sugar free Jell-O chocolate mousse
Dinner: Rotisserie Chicken (No skin) - Store Bought. w/ a little non fat yogurt.
Snack: (probably having an oat bran cookie or/and chocolate mousse.
Felt a little tired today. Not from the diet, but I feel like i'm coming down with a cold/flu. Hopefully it's not! I hate getting colds!
